Eliza's Lounge
Shop Local + Rock Local! After you're done shopping during the first gallery Night of the year, join the fun at Eliza's Lounge for dinner, drinks, and live music. Eliza's is welcoming George Christiansen to the stage. He's a singer, songwriter, and guitarist from Dubuque. He's been performing for years and jokes that "I play everyone's 4th favorite song". But that's not really it, he plays plenty of hits! He just makes them his own. Sometimes by making just a few tweaks to add some interest, but sometimes it's total genre bending. So come enjoy the enjoy the mix of something familiar with something new.

Proper Maid
Pop by Proper Maid to see a new show by local artist Kate Olsen Birner.
Birner says, "I am deeply honored and profoundly grateful to have a show at Proper Maid Gallery. I started this series over 5 years ago and now have 63 panels, with likely more by the Opening. Each painting features someone who shows enormous courage, some are renown, some are not. The gallery owner, Melissa Langhoff, is an amazing chocolatier, her incredible chocolates will continue to be sold while the show is hanging. In addition to the paintings, I am also offering prints and cards for sale. Courage is contagious, so I hope you will join me and get your courage on!"
Proper Maid is located right next to the iconic diner, The Red Rooster.
